Church was a downer yesterday. I've made every effort to help this congregation move from darkness to light.
They usually have "Coffee Hour" following worship services, and I've changed it to "Green Tea Hour" and offer healthy snacks and green tea and juices rather than coffee and pie and cookies they usually scarf down.
They do not like me, but I'm not there for them, I am there for their children.
Some of the older members like me, because they loved the Lord once upon a time and have suffered for years for their own sins and know they have no hope save in the Lord. But some jackasses who have made themselves the church's overseers are trying to implement their own wills to direct the church in an apostasy to usher in a more humanistic/worldly influence and agenda.
I despise them for this and will stand in their way until I am removed or they give in and accept Him.

Meanwhile, a beautiful summer continues unabated by the world's desires. I've planted a small but growing garden. Adam really had no idea what he lost when he lost his right to the Garden. It is a singular joy, working the land and watching the "fruits" of your labors grow.

Men and women can be such pompous asses when they try to do their own wills. And such beautiful children of God when they accept His Will in their lives...

May the simple acquiescence of a well-nutured plant teach us how easy growth can be in the Lord and how utterly stunting our own desires and will can be, and how disasterously we oppose ourselves when given over to that evil desire ever-so-quaintly and disarmingly called "humanism."

Sooo...I have "somebody" to thank for replying to my last entry. Kind of a negative response, but I expected some of that...At any rate, check it, I "hallowed" back:)
Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day today. The Sun is shining, the earth is still wet from the rain overnight...and I've got a long list of things to do, so I'll make this short and perhaps share some more this evening.
I started a Journal on AOL. Jeez, I figure AOL would blow doors on this site with all the creative energies it pours into all that it offers, icons, wallpapers, screennames, homepages, etc...They really do offer a lot with these as far as creative ioptions goes. But with the Journal, it's very strictly business. There's like three formats to choose from, and that's it, except for colors, of which there are like ten to choose from, they don't offer very much fluff and spamage...
But that's fine, suits me. I like to keep it simple, when I can.

So, I was thinking today and ummm, I can't remember exactly what I was thinking, my mind is teetering on the brink of over-exhaustion and may give out at any moment, but I was thinking that people may not be able to come to God because God accepts them as they are, as He created them to be, and it's impossible for most people to be who they are anymore, because the world demands that you be who you are not. Everyone is a pathological liar. It's starts in infancy and it's just part of survival, and if there is no way made out, may last your entire life, and that is the inheritance you will pass onto the next generation, your children. All media venues sell nothing but lies and misinformation. Parents lie to their children as soon as possible as a matter of course. If you're willing to be honest, you get trampled or ignored...You may have all the solutions to the world's problems but if you're not willing to be part of the crowd, no one cares...

Thus God says "Come out of Her my children and I shall be your Father..." And what does the Church say? "Go into Her and get us more members and tithes, etc...One Church says go in and save Israel.

1 Ne. 14: 10

And he said unto me: Behold there are save two churches only; the one is the church of the Lamb of God, and the other is the church of the devil; wherefore, whoso belongeth not to the church of the Lamb of God belongeth to that great church, which is the mother of abominations; and she is the whore of all the earth.

There is really nothing wrong with the government set in place in America, it's the people. We thrive on issues that really are the most childishly stupid dramatics anyone ever dreamed up, and why? Because men and women are mostly evil and desire their children to be likewise...But no one but Jesus would admit to it.

Our Solution is the Children, but it depends on the willingness of the "adult" to be a humble childlike influence and model for the child to follow so that the child can be him or herself and blossom naturally as a god among gods or among heathen...

Mat 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Relax folks. Take it one day at a time. And I don't mean sit about and be lazy slobs and make your living off of "suckers" and corruption. There is yet much work to be done, but the laborers are few and if they cannot be trusted , they wont be chosen for the work. I don't care how skilled they might be, and I don't care how long the work must wait and suffer to be done, they'll not enter in if they cannot be honest and reliable. Be diligent and thrifty and honest and loving and compassionate, and bold and wise as serpents and harmless as doves and gentle as lambs, yet strong as lions. Be as willing as Abel and as eager for good works as Jesus and the Apostles...Above all have Faith and Charity, and your Light will begin to shine in obscurity.

We have not gone through perils and want and lack and hardships and persecution only to fall back and be taken. We have suffered only to be strengthened and established at the last. Believe! And do.

Jam 2:8-26 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

He that comes to you with Christ can at least be tested.

1Jo 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone outinto the world.

He that comes to you with "love," comes to you only to deceive, even if he is not aware of it himself, with an open hand that is as equally empty as his heart and soul towards you. Learn Christ/Torah before you propose to "love" anyone.

Jer 17:9 The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Do you keep the Sabbath? Do you keep the commandments? Do you love God, your Creator?
What does it matter to me if you say you love me and you do not do what I do and love whom I love? We can love our enemies only if we love ourselves and our Creator.

Jhn 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

1Jo 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

1Jo 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

Without Truth, your love is a serpent lying in wait to deceive. I kill serpents.
